1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vcxoacademy.com (the “Site”), our learning platform, and any training program, course, workshop, or session we deliver (each a “Program”). By using the Site, creating an account, or enrolling, you accept them. We may update these terms; the version published here when you enroll applies to that enrollment, and material changes are notified at least [14] days in advance.
The Site is operated by [Virtual CHRO] (“VCXO Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt, registered address at [The Greek Campus, Unit A12, Gate 17, Mall of Arabia, 6th of October, Giza, Egypt].
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to create an account or enroll. If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms. Programs are currently offered to learners in the Arab Republic of Egypt; if we open other markets, additional country-specific terms may apply.
3. Your account
You need an account to access Program materials. You agree to give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
Your login is personal to you. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you are responsible for everything done under it. Tell us immediately at [academy@vcxo-group.com] if you think your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is shared, used to redistribute our materials, or used in breach of section 8.
4. Enrollment and payment
Program listings are an invitation to enroll, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we send written confirmation of enrollment. Fees are in Egyptian Pounds and are [inclusive / exclusive] of VAT.
Payment is taken online through [Fawry payment gateway]. Card details go directly to the provider; we never receive or store them. If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend access until it is settled. If an obvious pricing error is published, we may cancel the enrollment and refund you in full rather than deliver at the wrong price. Promotional and corporate rates cannot be combined and apply only within their stated validity period.
5. Cancellation and refunds

Transfers. You may move once to the next intake free of charge if you tell us at least [3] days before the start date, or pass your place to another person with our written agreement.
If we cancel. We may postpone or cancel a Program — for example, if minimum enrollment is not reached. You may then take the next intake or a full refund. Our liability is limited to that refund, not to travel or other costs you incurred.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within [14] working days of approval, less any bank or payment-provider charges. Request one by emailing academy@vcxo-group.com from the address on your enrollment.
6. Delivery of Programs
Outlines, schedules, session times, and instructor names may change. We may substitute an instructor of equivalent standing, switch between in-person, live online, and self-paced delivery, or adjust the schedule, provided the substance and value of the Program are preserved. Online, you are responsible for your own device and connection; in person, for your own travel. Access to self-paced materials runs for [12] months from enrollment.
Certificates are issued where you meet the stated attendance and assessment requirements. A VCXO Academy certificate records completion of our Program — it is not a licence, an accreditation, or a certification from any professional body. Some sessions may be recorded; we will tell you beforehand, and our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled.
7. Intellectual property
All Program materials and Site content, including the VCXO Academy name and logo, belong to us or are licensed to us. On enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for your own learning for the duration of your access.
You may not copy, record, publish, resell, distribute, or share the materials, use them to train others, or use them to build a competing product. Work you submit remains yours; by submitting it you let us use it to deliver and administer the Program. We publish a testimonial naming you only with your separate written consent. Breach of this section may end your access without refund.
8. Acceptable use
When using the Site, the platform or any Program, you agree not to:
- behave abusively, discriminatorily or disruptively toward instructors, staff or other participants;
- share your login or let anyone else reach the materials through your account;
- record, stream or redistribute live sessions;
- upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- scrape or harvest data from the Site or platform; or
- use the Site or Programs for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of this section, and where the breach is serious, without refund.
9. Corporate and group training
Where an organization enrolls employees or commissions a customized Program, these terms apply alongside the signed proposal or training agreement, which prevails if they conflict. Unless that agreement says otherwise: fees are quoted per group and payable as invoiced; the organization is responsible for participant attendance and for the accuracy of participant details; postponement within [10] working days of the agreed date may incur a [50%] charge; and materials remain our intellectual property.
10. Third-party links and platforms
The Site and our Programs may link to third-party websites, tools and platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
11. Disclaimers
Our Programs are professional education, not financial, accounting, tax, legal, HR, or investment advice, and must not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — a promotion, a raise, a job offer, or a pass in any external examination. The Site and platform are provided “as available”; we do not warrant uninterrupted access and may suspend it for maintenance.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a Program or your use of the Site is limited to the fees you paid us for the Program giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control such as platform outages, power failures, government action, or strikes.
13. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing academy@vcxo-group.com; section 5 governs any refund. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these terms, where payment is outstanding, or where the law requires it. Sections 7, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Please write to academy@vcxo-group.com first — we respond within [7] working days. Disputes that cannot be settled between us fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [Cairo], Egypt.
15. General
If any provision is found invalid, the rest stay in force, and our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours in a reorganization or sale of the business. These terms, our Privacy Policy, and any signed corporate training agreement form the entire agreement between us.
