Biography

Mahmoud Aboelhassan is the Founder of Teqnyat and an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant and Trainer with more than 25 years of cross-sector experience across multiple countries. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Qualidev, leading operations, project governance, managed services, presales, budgeting, product management, marketing, resource planning, and strategic customer engagement. He established Qualidev’s PMO, strengthened service offerings and proposals, supported strategic customer onboarding, and led ISO/IEC 27001 readiness activities.

Previously, as CTO at Al Kimam Group, he integrated technology efforts across group companies and led offerings in SAP consultancy, cybersecurity, networking, messaging, and cloud services across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and the UAE. Earlier, he led regional managed and support services at Benya, including work on the Ministry of Education’s digital transformation program across 2,530 locations and support for the Ministry of Public Business Sector.

His earlier leadership includes establishing E-Finance’s Internal Systems Department; managing Raya Data Center operations and PMO; launching Rayashop.com; and supporting Raya’s expansion into Algeria and Nigeria. As a speaker and trainer, he has delivered professional programs in digital transformation, cybersecurity, FinTech, and IT governance and has presented at forums including ISACA, ITU, EC-Council, and the Arab Security Conference.
